Tai Chi Chuan provides benefits for well-being, health, sports, and balance. I teach the true principles of Tai Chi Chuan, after more than 40 years of practicing and teaching.

If you are in New York State in Queens or Long Island, take classes in person in Albertson NY, Sundays 8:45am to 9:45am and 5pm to 6pm. Participants are all vaccinated against COVID. There is ample spacing in the main practice space.

By centering mind / body, hidden as well as visible tensions are reduced and can disappear. This provides a sense of spaciousness and warm energy, which is healthy for mind and body and a more enjoyable daily life.

In addition, the benefits for fall reduction and improved balance is well-researched. Not only does Tai Chi Chuan support strength in the lower body, it is the suppleness and connection of brain and body that acts as a protective shield to reduce injuries, as well as improving agility, endurance, and sports capabilities.
